I like that you said reading the book was like being in a good sociology class - that makes me excited to read it! I love finding out how social trends came to be and why, and especially if it's told in a way that keeps those details exciting. I don't read much non-fiction, but this sounds like such a great book.

I just finished this book and I felt the same way. Something was lacking. It was a decent book and the characters were interesting. I liked the storyline too but something was missing. I always enjoy Jennifer Crusie. But this collaboration just didn't work well. I will still try Dogs and Goddesses though. I can't give up on Jennifer Crusie yet. Thanks for the review. It was right on point!

I loved this book!! I also have read Too Hot to Handle and I received an ARC of Breakfast in Bed both were fabulous. I hope you enjoy this author as much as I have.
